Want to get into teaching?

As SUPA training was a school direct pathway and SD is no longer a route the University of Southampton can offer (following the DfE market review), the SUPA programme ceased to exist at the end of the programme last year.

The University of Southampton have the Salisbury Pathway on their University programme and applicants can still apply separately to this pathway through DfE Apply. They endeavour to place trainees accepted on this pathway in schools in the Salisbury area and also where possible that their ITaP school experiences are in the area (although that is not appropriate for all the ITaPs).
