Teacher of Mathematics
We have an opportunity for a Teacher of Maths to join our team from either the 22nd April 2025 or 1st September 2025. This position is suitable for ECTs or experienced teachers alike.
The Maths department are a dedicated team of hard working teachers striving to achieve the best for our students. The team is well resourced and supported with a great team ethic.
This position is:
- Permanent;
- 1.0 FTE;
- Salary: Competitive salary and recruitment/retention bonuses available for an outstanding candidate;

Pastoral Link
We require an organised and proactive individual to join our Pastoral Team at the Wyvern St Edmund’s Academy.
We are particularly looking for someone who is passionate about supporting our students welfare, to enable them to achieve their academic and personal potential. You will need the ability to manage a varied and sometimes unpredictable day. A calm approach and a good sense of humour are also essential. We particularly welcome applications from people with previous experience of working with vulnerable young people.
You will join an enthusiastic and very supportive team right at the heart of our flourishing school.
This position is:
·Permanent;
·35 hours per week, with a 8am start time. Applications from candidates wishing to job share would be considered;
·Salary: MLP Grade F, FTE salary of £26,409, pro-rata salary of £21,487;
·Term Time only (39 weeks per year);
·Start date: As soon as the successful candidate is available.
