Welcome to the WSE Careers Newsletter, your weekly guide to careers, education and future opportunities.

Whether you are reading for the first time or are one of our regular readers, we hope this newsletter provides useful information, practical guidance and plenty of inspiration as students explore their interests, develop their skills and begin to think about their future pathways.

At WSE, we are committed to helping every student make informed decisions about their next steps. Throughout the year, this newsletter will bring together a wide range of opportunities and resources, including:

Careers news, opportunities and resources from employers, colleges, universities and careers organisations.
Information about careers-related trips, workshops, guest speakers, employer encounters and events taking place in school.
Support for Year 11 students and their families as they explore Post-16 options, including sixth forms, colleges, apprenticeships and training routes.
Labour Market Information (LMI) to help students understand future career opportunities, growing industries and the skills employers value.
Advice and opportunities to help students build confidence, develop employability skills and broaden their horizons.

We know that conversations about careers often start at home, and parents and carers play a vital role in supporting young people as they consider their future. We hope this newsletter helps to spark those conversations and keeps families informed about the many opportunities available to our students.
